Products Supply of Secondary Aluminum Alloy Ingots (Recycled Aluminum Ingots); Supply, Installation, Maintenance & Repair of Aluminum Melting Furnaces

DAIKI ALUMINIUM VIETNAM CO., LTD. is a trading company established in March 2016, with its headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City and a branch office in Hanoi. The company is a member of DAIKI ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY CO., LTD., headquartered in Japan.

The DAIKI Group operates manufacturing, sales, and procurement facilities across 11 countries, including Vietnam, Japan, Thailand, India, China, and the United States. In addition to its core business of manufacturing and supplying secondary aluminum alloy ingots, the Group is also engaged in the production and distribution of aluminum die-casting products, aluminum melting furnaces, and aluminum scrap trading.

We collect aluminum scrap from end-of-life products such as automobiles, motorcycles, industrial machinery, beverage cans, aluminum window frames, and other recyclable aluminum materials. These recycled materials serve as the primary raw materials for our products. Using advanced sorting, melting, and casting technologies, the DAIKI Group manufactures high-quality Secondary Aluminum Alloy Ingots.

Our products are supplied as casting materials to manufacturers of automobiles, automotive components, motorcycles, motorcycle parts, beverage cans, aluminum window frames, and various industrial products. They are distributed not only throughout Vietnam and Japan but also to many countries across Asia and worldwide.

Furthermore, producing Secondary Aluminum Alloy Ingots from recycled aluminum emits only about 5% of the CO₂ generated during the production of primary aluminum, significantly reducing environmental impact. As the global movement toward carbon neutrality continues to accelerate, environmentally friendly secondary aluminum alloy ingots are receiving increasing attention across industries.

Leveraging the Group’s advanced in-house sorting, melting, and casting facilities, we manufacture premium-quality secondary aluminum alloy ingots. We are also equipped to perform alloy composition analysis, molten aluminum cleanliness testing, and gas content measurement internally, ensuring every product is manufactured precisely to meet each customer’s specifications and quality requirements.
