These investments create substantial demand for construction materials, equipment, and engineering services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Construction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Housing demand remains strong, particularly in major cities. Ongoing development of commercial housing, social housing, and worker accommodation continues to fuel demand for construction materials, equipment, and professional construction services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Industrial Construction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vietnam remains an attractive destination for foreign direct investment (FDI). International investors continue to expand manufacturing and industrial facilities across the country, generating significant demand for industrial construction, building materials, and engineering solutions.<\/p>\n<p>To sustain this positive growth momentum, coordinated efforts from both government authorities and private enterprises are essential.<\/p>\n<p>Government agencies should continue investing in strategic infrastructure projects while creating a favorable investment environment for both domestic and international developers.
